Hi! We are Autumn and Carolyn. It is an honor to walk alongside families in this season of life. Our doula training, dedication to continuing education and unique journeys through motherhood provide us with personal experience to help guide families confidently into parenthood. Our team approach is intentional and designed to ensure your consistent care.

As your doulas, we will work closely with you to prepare for birth. We commit to building a connection that promotes honest communication, prioritizes the vision and preferences you have for your birth, and offers a supportive relationship…promising to hold space for your questions, fears and expectations. We believe strongly in being present for the families we work alongside and understand the joys and trials each step of the way.

Prenatal Partnership

Ongoing check-ins, birth planning sessions, and evidence-based resources designed to prepare you mentally and physically for labor. Each plan is customized to your preferences after an introductory conversation.

Birth Day Support

Continuous in-person support throughout active labor and the immediate hours after birth. Techniques, tools, and advocacy are tailored to your comfort levels and birthing environment.

Postpartum Nurturing

Flexible home visits that focus on recovery, infant care, and emotional well-being. We adapt visit length, frequency, and focus areas once we understand your household’s rhythms and needs.

How does your team approach work?

We understand babies come when they want. Life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. We believe our approach as a partnership provides comfort and peace of mind, knowing one of us will be present as your doula during your labor. There will be no surprise “back-up” doula, as you will have an initial consultation, prenatal visits and on-going communication with both of us throughout your pregnancy. We feel strongly about showing up together as a team for the families we serve to ensure the most consistent, reliable continuity of care.

How soon should I book doula services?

Reserving support during the first or second trimester ensures availability, but we welcome last-minute inquiries whenever possible.

Are there limitations to your services?

We provide support for all types of deliveries, whether in a hospital, birth center, or at home. We can assist you in preparing for laboring with minimal or no interventions, a planned induction or scheduled C-section depending on the path best suited to your family.

Can services be invoiced for employer reimbursement or flexible spending accounts?

Absolutely. We issue detailed invoices that you can submit to your employer, FSA, or HSA administrator for potential reimbursement. Sliding scale and payment plans are options for qualifying clients.
